Area Description:

The northwest section of Ashland is a colleciton of new and old single family housing neighborhoods. From the historic district along Henry Clay Road and Berkleytown, to newer development of Carters Hill and North Macon Terrace. ​

Future Land Use:

The future land use for this area is predominately Single Family Low (1-4 units/acre) and Medium (2-5 units/acre) Residential, with a small area of Neighborhood Commercial/Residential Office at the intersection of Medical Drive and Route 54.
